      Fran is the broker/owner of the newly established Town & Country Realty and Design LLC located in Woodbury, CT. She has been enthusiastic about real estate from a young age and has been personally and actively participating in real estate investing, rental management, new construction, renovation and light commercial since the early 1980's. As a former legal secretary with a background of 17 years in real estate closings and probate, she brings to you the experience of buying and selling from both sides of the table; and strives diligently to conduct her business with honesty, integrity and dedication for her clients.

     She licensed in 1985 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, Connecticut Statewide MLS, Consolidated MLS, is E-Pro certified and has received a Professional Achievement Award in March 2007 as top selling agent. She currently resides in Woodbury with her husband of 22 years and their two children.
